At the age of 18 I moved to Amsterdam to live with my aunt. At that time I already passed my exams for Metal-Engineer.
I already start rappin’ freestyle and try to make my own songs, I called myself SHOCK.E. shock is for my shocking ideas and the E stands for my second name Earl. After a while the writing of songs got better and better. I was inspired by 2pac and Bounty Killer, hiphop mixed with raga.

I tried to be at every rap contest and jam session in Amsterdam and environments. At first I used only beats of other artists but after two years it become more seriously. I met some producers and they started to make beats for me.
It was pure hip hop with singing between the lyrics.
In 1999 I did a performance at “ The five o’clock show” on RTL 4. After that I got acquainted with some people of the T.V. business.

I did a battle at “ Most Wanted” with two other MC’s our group the chosen did not made the final. Pugistix (K-Liber) we just to know each other because we have worked together, we saw each other after a meanwhile. He hooked me u with some beats, and again I performed at “ Most Wanted” this time I made the final and ended as second runner up. I was asked by ‘ IDTV’ for a little actor-role I had to play a robber. After that I made my track “ Rude Boy” a clip is made of this song but it has only been shown in the Caribbean. Then after that I made a song the big liner ended the renovation of it, it was in charge of ‘ Pro-Impact.

My style, hip hop, dancehall, got more changed to raga-dancehall. This is more me because of my Caribbean background. I started to know myself better, I am doing a lot better. At the moment I am busy with a video clip. « Minder
